  • 1.5 cups Warm water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina, warm water, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each into a ball.
  3. Flatten each ball into a thick disc.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each disc until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
