- 4 fillets Orange roughy
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated parmesan, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the orange roughy fillets on a baking sheet.
Spread the garlic parmesan mixture evenly over the fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
