  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
  5. 5. Fry chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
