- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. In another bowl, mix flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
5. Fry chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
6. Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
