Fried Rice with Ham Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced ham
- 0.5 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.5 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, cook until softened.
Push garlic and onion to the side, pour in beaten eggs, scramble until cooked.
Add ham, peas, and carrots, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
