Soy sauce

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
Push veggies to the side, pour beaten eggs into the other side and scramble.
Mix eggs with vegetables, then add cooked rice.
Pour soy sauce over the rice and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot.
