Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks Recipe

- 12 sticks Mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano.
2. Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture. Repeat egg and breadcrumb coating for extra crunch.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side. Use tongs to turn them.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
