  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes per side.
