Main Ingredients
- 4  ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1  small onion, finely chopped
- 1  jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1  lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. 
- 2. Stir well to mix. 
- 3. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld. 
- 4. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
