French Toast Casserole
A delicious and easy breakfast casserole that can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. Grease a baking dish and place the bread cubes in it.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all the bread is soaked.
4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
6. Bake the casserole for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
