Four Cheese Chicken Carbonara
A rich and creamy pasta dish with four types of cheese and tender chicken.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and all four cheeses until well combined.
Pour the cheese mixture into the skillet with the chicken. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
