  • 4 fillets Fish Fillets any white fish
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 lemon Lemon sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with lemon slices and minced garlic.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
