Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup corn kernels optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the fish chunks, milk, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the fish is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. If using, add the corn kernels and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
