Filipino Chicken Sopas Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cubed
- 2 cups Macaroni noodles
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Cabbage shredded
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken and cook until it turns white.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the macaroni noodles and cook until al dente.
4. Add the carrots and cabbage. Cook until vegetables are tender.
5. Pour in the milk and stir well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
