Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef sirloin sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 Lemons juiced
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion sliced into rings
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Add the beef slices and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the marinated beef slices until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion rings until they are soft and translucent.
  4. 4. Return the beef slices to the skillet and mix with the onions. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with black pepper to taste. Serve hot with rice.
