  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the roast with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the roast in a roasting pan and put it in the oven.
  4. Roast for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
