Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. 3. Add the garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Stir in the shredded cabbage and carrots, cook until tender.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce and mix well.
  6. 6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
