Main Ingredients
- 3 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Push garlic to the side and pour in beaten eggs. Scramble until just set.
4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
