Main Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 slices green onions chopped, for garnish
In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
Add the cornstarch mixture and soy sauce, stirring constantly.
Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the broth in a circular motion.
Remove from heat and add sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
