Main Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced bell peppers
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup diced ham
- to taste  Salt
- to taste  Pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. 
- Stir in the cheese, bell peppers, onions, ham, salt, and pepper. 
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. 
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown. 
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
