- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced bell peppers
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup diced ham
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Stir in the cheese, bell peppers, onions, ham, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
