- 1 lb Sausage crumbled and cooked
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
