Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Add cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
