Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef lean
- 4 Green Bell Peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stuff the green bell peppers with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
