Ingredients 

Meat Mixture

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano

Donair Sauce

  • 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ¼ cup White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano. Mix well.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until fully cooked.
  5. While the meat is cooking, prepare the donair sauce by mixing sweetened condensed milk, white vinegar, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
  6. Once the meat is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
  7. Serve the sliced meat on pita bread with donair sauce and your favorite toppings.
