Meat Mixture
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
Donair Sauce
- 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ¼ cup White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano. Mix well.
Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until fully cooked.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the donair sauce by mixing sweetened condensed milk, white vinegar, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
Once the meat is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
Serve the sliced meat on pita bread with donair sauce and your favorite toppings.
