Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • ½ cup kosher salt
  • 8 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 10 units cucumbers small, pickling variety

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, combine water, vinegar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Place garlic, dill, and cucumbers into mason jars.
  3. Pour the hot brine over the cucumbers, leaving some headspace.
  4. Seal jars and let them cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
