Deep Fried Oreos Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pancake mix
- ½ cup Water
- 1 large Egg
- 1 quart Vegetable oil for frying
- 18 pieces Oreos
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, water, and egg until smooth.
Dip each Oreo into the batter, making sure it's fully coated.
Carefully place the coated Oreos into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the Oreos with tongs and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve warm and enjoy!
