- 2 cucumbers sliced thin
- 1 red onion sliced thin
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
1. Slice cucumbers and onion thinly.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. Add sliced cucumbers and onion to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
