Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Crab legs cleaned
  • 1 lb Red potatoes halved
  • 4 ears Corn cut into thirds
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage sliced
  • 1 packet Crab boil seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 lemons Lemon halved

Instructions 

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add crab boil seasoning, salt, and lemons.
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and sausage, cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Add crab legs and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  5. Drain and serve hot.
