- 8 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dip each drumstick in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with crushed cornflakes.
Place the coated drumsticks on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
