  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced Boiled or baked
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and cook until they are soft and translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to brown.
  4. Add the corned beef and mix well. Cook until everything is heated through and crispy.
