Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or canned
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Chopped jalapeños optional
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine corn, sour cream, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
