- 4 cups Cornbread, crumbled
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 Eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled cornbread, chicken broth, celery, onion, melted butter, poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add beaten eggs to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dressing is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
