Coney Island Hot Dogs Recipe

- 4 Hot dog buns
- 4 Hot dogs
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
3. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
4. While the sauce is simmering, cook hot dogs in a saucepan of boiling water for about 5 minutes.
5. Place hot dogs in buns and top with the meat sauce. Serve immediately.
