Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brewed Coffee strong
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Water cold

Instructions 

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat brewed coffee and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or mold. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  5. Cut into cubes and serve with whipped cream or condensed milk if desired.
