Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Avocado, diced
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 oz Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Chives, chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, and chives.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately.
