  • 2 pounds potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, and onion to the bowl. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
