Instructions
1. In a large pot, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
3. Add the diced potatoes and clam juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and chopped clams. Cook until heated through.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with crispy bacon before serving.
