  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Thread the cubed pork onto skewers.
  3. 3. Dredge the skewered pork in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the skewers until golden brown on all sides.
  5. 5. Transfer the fried skewers to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
