chicken breast, thinly sliced

onion, sliced

cloves
garlic, minced

sliced carrots

sliced celery

broccoli florets

sliced bell pepper

bean sprouts

soy sauce

tablespoon
oyster sauce
1
teaspoon
cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add carrots, celery, broccoli, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet. Add bean sprouts, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
Stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
