Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g vermicelli rice noodles soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the vermicelli rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the julienned carrot and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. 4. Add the soaked vermicelli rice noodles and bean sprouts to the wok. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
  6. 6. Add the chopped green onions and give it one final toss. Serve hot.
