Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork spareribs
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ½ cup Hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Five-spice powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and five-spice powder.
  3. Place the spareribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush the sauce mixture over the ribs.
  4. Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
  6. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
