Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork spareribs
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ½ cup Hoisin sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Five-spice powder
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and five-spice powder.
Place the spareribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush the sauce mixture over the ribs.
Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
