Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add the remaining oil and stir-fry the bell peppers and onion until tender.
  4. 4. Return the beef to the wok and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
