- 1 head Chinese cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots julienned
- 4 pcs Green onions chopped
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Chinese cabbage, julienned carrots, and chopped green onions.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey until well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
