Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti uncooked
- 2 cups chicken cooked and shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon butter
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become tender.
Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Add the cooked chicken and spaghetti to the skillet. Toss to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
