Instructions
1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
