Instructions
Pound chicken breasts until thin.
Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Remove chicken and set aside.
Add wine to skillet, scraping up brown bits.
Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in butter and season with salt and pepper.
