Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts pounded thin
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ cup White Wine
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Capers
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Pound chicken breasts until thin.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside.
  6. Add wine to skillet, scraping up brown bits.
  7. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Return chicken to skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Stir in butter and season with salt and pepper.
