Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 8 leaves Sage fresh
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ cup White wine
  • ½ cup Chicken broth

Instructions 

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to about ¼ inch thickness.
  2. Place a slice of prosciutto and a sage leaf on each piece of chicken. Secure with toothpicks.
  3. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
  5. Add white wine and chicken broth to the skillet. Simmer until the sauce reduces by half, about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove toothpicks before serving. Spoon sauce over chicken.
