Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 slices Bread
  • 4 leaves Lettuce

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Spread the chicken salad mixture evenly on 4 slices of bread.
  3. Top with lettuce leaves and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  4. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
