Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thin
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 pcs Boiled eggs halved
  • 1 stalk Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chicken breast slices and cook until they are no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Add the baby spinach to the broth and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Divide the cooked noodles into bowls. Pour the broth and chicken over the noodles.
  7. 7. Top each bowl with halved boiled eggs and sliced green onions. Serve hot.
