Chicken Pesto Panini
A delicious and easy-to-make panini with chicken, pesto, and mozzarella.

Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread Preferably ciabatta or sourdough
- 1 cup Cooked chicken breast Sliced
- ¼ cup Pesto
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your panini press.
Spread pesto on one side of each bread slice.
Layer chicken and mozzarella on one slice of bread, then top with the other slice.
Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
Place the sandwich in the panini press and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the press, slice, and serve immediately.
