Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 8 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Celery sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
3. Add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 10-15 minutes. Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the pot.
4. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 7-8 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
